At Savoy

The CP&S has it's first operating session in Savoy. Ok, Savoy Ballroom in the Sheraton in Lisle, Ill., at the 2016 RPM Conference. But it was quite a coincidence considering the new CP&S is being built in Savoy, Ill., near Champain.
